Pantomime
Mon 04 Feb 2019The whole school attended the annual Christmas pantomime at Newark Palace Theatre which was
thoroughly enjoyed by all. Thank you to everyone who has arranged and supported our various fundraising events throughout the year to enable this trip to go ahead.

Restart a Heart
Mon 04 Feb 2019Pupils enjoyed learning all about resuscitation last term, with workshops covering basic CPR throughout the day. Parents followed this in the evening learning how to use the defibrillator which is situated on our school gate. -
Sporting Fun
Mon 04 Feb 2019Well done to our football team who won against Helpringham school and our girls' rugby team who won silver at the Tag Rugby Festival, both taking place in November. -
Mini Police Project
Mon 04 Feb 2019This academic year we are taking part in the Lincolnshire Mini Police Project. Four Mini Police have been chosen to work with one of our local PCSOs on a number of local and national priorities. These include: school parking, digital resilience, anti-bullying and challenging diversity. -
Trips
Mon 04 Feb 2019Various trips took place last term. At the beginning of November, Year 6 visited the Cranwell Aviation Heritage Museum for the morning where they considered what it would be like to be an evacuee, linking this to their work on Remembrance.
The following week Year 1 and 2 pupils visited the Sleaford Islamic Community Centre linking this with their work in RE.
Later in November both Kingfisher and Woodpecker classes visited The Deep where pupils learned about the world oceans and the life within our seas.
